WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Member Representative, you will interact with members to uncover financial needs, provide solutions utilizing products and services available.
- Open and close accounts for members
- Assist members with wire transfers, payroll deduction and direct deposits
- Check and ATM requests and statement queries
- Take loan applications, perform debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approval, close loan and complete files
- Address member questions about mortgage loans, commercial loans, credit cards and other services
- Promote and cross-sell based on member needs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Lending experience from a credit union, bank or other financial institution preferred
- Teller experience a plus
- Leadership experience a plus
- Sales background with goal incentives preferred
- May also consider a recent Finance/Banking graduate
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
- Computer literate
- Personable and understanding
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills

Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Service / Member Representative position: $21.00-$22.00/hr. + incentives based on experience
