WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Member Representative, you will interact with members to uncover financial needs, provide solutions utilizing products and services available.
- Open and close accounts for members
- Assist members with wire transfers, payroll deduction and direct deposits
- Assist members with check and ATM requests as well as statement queries
- Take loan applications, perform debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approval, close loan and complete files
- Address member questions about mortgage loans, commercial loans, credit cards and other services
- Promote and cross-sell based on member needs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Lending experience from a credit union, bank or other financial institution preferred
- Will consider Teller experience (1-2 years)
- Will also consider a sales background where you had to meet a goal and/or incentive
- Leadership experience a plus
- May also consider a recent Finance/Banking graduate
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
- Computer literate
- Personable and understanding
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
