WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Office Assistant, you will work with internal teams.
- Upkeep various system records
- Assist Customer service reps with order date changes
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience
- Would consider a fresh graduate with a degree with no experience
- Customer service role/account manager experience is preferred
- Experience working in a paper, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, skilled trade type setting is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Computer savvy
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Oracle knowledge is preferred
- Self-starter, sharp and motivated
- Live within driving distance of Neenah, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Full-time hours between 7:30am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Customer Service / Office Assistant position: $16.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Neenah, WI. Remote opportunity may be available after 9-12 weeks of training. Must live within driving distance of Neenah, WI.
