Our client is a manufacturing company in the Fox Valley area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Office Assistant, you will work with internal teams.

  • Upkeep various system records
  • Assist Customer service reps with order date changes

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office experience
  • Would consider a fresh graduate with a degree with no experience
  • Customer service role/account manager experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a paper, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, skilled trade type setting is preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Computer savvy
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Oracle knowledge is preferred
  • Self-starter, sharp and motivated
  • Live within driving distance of Neenah, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:30am-5:00pm

Length: Temporary

Pay for the Customer Service / Office Assistant position: $16.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience

Location: Neenah, WI. Remote opportunity may be available after 9-12 weeks of training. Must live within driving distance of Neenah, WI.
