WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling machine parts and machinery to customers.

  • Respond to customer service calls and provide technical support regarding equipment, operational problems, trouble-shooting and part identification
  • Create parts quotes
  • Contact customers to check on the status of equipment at their facilities
  • Sell and process parts orders and replacement assemblies
  • Maintain proper lead times and costs for purchased parts
  • Work with other departments, external manufacturers and vendors as needed
  • Enter and maintain parts pricing in ERP
  • Initiate credit memos as needed
  • Assist with customer mailers
  • Prepare recommended spare parts list for customer purchasing new equipment

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Technical customer service / sales / administrative assistant experience, ideally mechanical and electrical
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings is ideal
  • Associate degree in related field is a plus
  • Excel skills
  • Strongly prefer experience with a CRM or ERP system
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic

Location: Appleton, WI – hybrid option available after proficient in the role – must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI
