WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling machine parts and machinery to customers.
- Respond to customer service calls and provide technical support regarding equipment, operational problems, trouble-shooting and part identification
- Create parts quotes
- Contact customers to check on the status of equipment at their facilities
- Sell and process parts orders and replacement assemblies
- Maintain proper lead times and costs for purchased parts
- Work with other departments, external manufacturers and vendors as needed
- Enter and maintain parts pricing in ERP
- Initiate credit memos as needed
- Assist with customer mailers
- Prepare recommended spare parts list for customer purchasing new equipment
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Technical customer service / sales / administrative assistant experience, ideally mechanical and electrical
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings is ideal
- Associate degree in related field is a plus
- Excel skills
- Strongly prefer experience with a CRM or ERP system
- Verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
- Organized and able to prioritize

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer Service / Parts Sales Coordinator position: $22.13 – $26.72 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – hybrid option available after proficient in the role – must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI
