Our client services over 1,400 locations with its innovative web-based invoice system.


As a Customer Service / Payment Specialist, you will handle calls as well as respond to emails, fax and voicemails.

  • Work with customers to resolve invoices and payment issues
  • Contact past due customers to obtain payment
  • Send out and follow up on credit reference requests via fax, email or phone
  • Apply payments and credits
  • Open mail and process payments
  • Research invoice and payment questions
  • Follow up with both clients and customers
  • Data entry (thought process, not just entry of numbers)


  • Customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Any banking experience a plus
  • Thought process data entry experience a plus
  • Working in a process driven environment experience a plus
  • Computer savvy to work with industry specific software
  • Strong & accurate data entry/typing skills

Hours: 40 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm (open to working until 6:00pm when needed)
