WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer phones, reply to voicemail and enter all customer information and inventory information promptly.
- Ongoing learning of pricing, new products and services
- Research and respond to all questions from internal and external customers regarding product receipts, orders and billing
- Assist with any issues, charges or questions with customer orders
- Fax or e-mail bills of lading, invoices or reports
- Customer relationship calls to new and existing customers
- Provide back-up if co-workers are out of the office
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-3 year office related customer service or data entry experience
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Self-motivated, driven and team player
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Career-driven and strong work ethic
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: First shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 7:30am – 4:00pm Second Shift: 1:00pm – 9:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $17.25 – $19.75 / hr. based on experience
