WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in the Consumer Affairs department regarding products manufactured as well as take consumer calls and respond to emails.
- Respond to consumer questions on social media
- Identify consumer needs and research questions regarding products
- Take and investigate consumer complaints
- Document phone call notes, product information, correspondence and investigation results
- Send retrieval kits to consumers
- Process returned retrieval kits
- Communicate investigative results to the consumer
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience over the phone (call center, account management, etc.)
- Computer/tech savvy to learn their software
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Detailed with strong communication skills
- Excellent follow-through and the ability to work well independently
- Think logically and problem solve well
- Sense of urgency

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $18.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
