WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer calls as well as schedule appointments and enter information.
- Greet customers
- Follow-up on phone calls
- Create orders for delivery or pick up
- Order products & schedule deliveries
- Inventory
- Assist customers with pick up
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Phone experience from an office setting
- Data entry experience
- Face to face customer service experience preferred
- Able to learn new programs quickly
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- MSWD & Excel skills a plus
- CRM and/or SAP experience a plus
- Friendly and easygoing
- Strong customer service & communication skills
