Our client is a manufacturer and wholesaler in the Neenah, Wisconsin area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take orders via phone and email as well as enter orders into company system.
- Answer customer questions via phone and e-mail
- Miscellaneous duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, call center experience preferred
- MSWD & Excel skills
- ERP experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid multitasking & prioritizing skills

Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $16.00-$19.00/hr. based on experience
