WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer requests (quotes, orders, returns, issues) and enter them into the ERP software.
- Coordinate daily shipments to customers
- Customer credit card payments
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service representative experience (ideally working with order processes and/or account management)
- Manufacturing environment experience a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- MSWD & Excel skills
- ERP or CRM experience a plus
- Work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:00am-5:00pm
Length: Direct Hire or Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative: $18.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
