WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Retail Sales Associate, you will greet customers, answer and resolve customer questions/problems.
- Register functions
- Complete online or phone orders
- Participate in learning and development activities
- Cash handling
- Stock shelves and keep the store neat/clean
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service background
- Passion or interest in natural health, wellness and the nutrition industry
- Anyone that has knowledge of supplements is highly preferred
- Retail experience is preferred
- Knowledge in sports nutrition and or weight management is preferred
- Cashier experience in retail environment is a plus
- Computer/ tech savvy
- Friendly, positive and easygoing
- Ability to catch on quickly and retain the information
- Take initiative and team player
- Strong multitasking skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Strong work ethic

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 15 – 29 hours per week 8:45am – 7:15pm you will work every other weekend with one closing shift per week, contact us for additional details
