WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Sales Coordinator, you will sell machine parts & machinery to customers as well as respond to customer service calls and provide technical support.
- Create parts quotes
- Contact customers to check on the status of equipment at their facilities
- Sell and process parts orders and replacement assemblies
- Maintain proper lead times and costs for purchased parts
- Work with other departments, external manufacturers and vendors
- Enter and maintain parts pricing in the ERP system
- Initiate credit memos
- Assist with customer mailers
- Prepare recommended spare parts list for customer purchasing new equipment
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of business to business customer service or call center experience
- Mechanical or electrical industry experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Reading engineering drawings knowledge a plus
- Associate degree in a related field a plus
- Excel skills
- CRM or ERP system experience preferred
- Detailed & accurate
- Extremely organized, able to prioritize and focus while working with deadlines
- Analytical thinker and strong problem solving skills
- Work well independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Team player

Length: Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Sales Coordinator position: $22.13-$26.72/hr. based on experience
