Our client is a food distribution company that has been in business for almost 100 years.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in a group of a few people who answer the phones as well as transfer calls and document the information of machines.
- Enter service calls & completion into industry specific software
- Call/email/text technician to find out job status if there has been no update
- Follow up on machine status
- Confirm incoming product matches with what is in the system
- Use math to figure quantities and enter into system while meeting deadlines
- Possible accounts receivable duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong numbers and math capability preferred
- Will consider someone who has worked in retail customer service
- MSWD & Excel skills
- PowerPoint skills a plus
- Detailed math and number skills
- Multitasking skills
- Take initiative to follow-up

Hours: 20-30 hours between 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Length: Temporary, possible Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Specialist position: $16.00/hr.
