WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound calls, outbound calls, documentation and managing e-mail communications.
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Research and provide answers to all client inquiries
- Communicate with clients on all transactional matters affecting their business
- Work with internal staff in various departments to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Provide client education on processes, systems, company resources and looping in education to support
- Complete supplier and customer invoicing
- Coordinate blackout’s, credits, chargebacks and freight order entry/questions
- Manage client’s unbilled orders and quality checks of business unit
- Complete necessary paperwork and corresponding forms
- Audit and verify all transactions on remittance
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of customer service, billing, or accounting experience working within an office type setting
- Business to business experience preferred
- Accounts payable, billing / invoicing or other accounting functions highly preferred
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred
- Computer / tech savvy
- Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Google Suite; Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc. highly preferred
- Self-driven, self-sufficient and proactive
- Highly efficient and detail oriented
- Adaptable and willing to learn new things
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Ideal schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm during training. 9:30am-6:00pm after training.
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Specialist position: $20.00- $23.00/hr. based on experience
