WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Data Entry / Pricing Assistant, you will search the website for contracts.
- Sort and filter information and download / save the file to the computer
- Update the data in SharePoint
- Mark complete in the Excel workbook
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office / Administrative Assistant experience
- Numeric data entry experience preferred
- Comfortable working with the internet
- Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Outlook experience preferred
- SharePoint experience preferred
- Self-motivated and an independent worker
- Extremely detailed and accurate
- Must stay focused on the task at hand
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay for the Data Entry / Pricing Assistant position: $17.00 – $19.00 / hr. – based on experience
