WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will supervise & direct accounts payable staff as well as train/mentor employees and handle disciplinary actions.
- Update internal documents and procedures
- Make sure invoices are processed timely & resolve discrepancies
- Oversee sales & use Tax and prepare year-end filing
- Enter ACH payments
- Process monthly rental payments
- Distribute checks
- Answer vendor inquiries
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounts payable experience (4+ years)
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Associate degree in Accounting a plus
- Excel skills
- MaddenCo or AS400 software a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Researching and problem solving skills
