WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will sort mail, prepare outgoing mail and order supplies.
- Census verifications
- Website management
- Data entry and filing
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service and administrative experience a plus
- Office experience a plus
- Experience within the financial/pension/401k/ insurance industry a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Self-motivated and go-getter
- Handle repetitive tasks and stay focused
- Analytical and detailed

Hours: 15-20 hours per week Monday-Friday between 7:30am-4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $16.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience
