WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant / Returns Associate, you will manage and process products as well as challenge denials.
- Work closely with sales, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on authorizations and processing
- Process vendor credits and maintain records
- Follow-up on outstanding issues
- Work with the receiving department to provide coverage
- Track and record purchase orders in system
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative / office support, receiving or inventory background
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Problem solving skills
- Written communication skills
- Detailed, initiative and organized
- Live within driving distance of Little Chute, WI

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant / Returns Associate position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Little Chute, WI. Possible hybrid option after client hire. Must live within driving distance of Little Chute, WI.
