Are you a Direct Hire Creative Account Manager who has 6+ years of on the job graphic design experience? Are you a Direct Hire Creative Account Manager who has extremely strong Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills?
Our client specializes in the design and branding of consumer packaged goods.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Creative Account Manager, you will interact with clients as well as manage accounts and manage hands-on graphic design/direction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients to understand their needs and build relationships
- Conduct meetings to discuss project requirements, provide updates and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify client needs, present design concepts, anticipate concerns and have solutions ready
- Collaborate with client’s cross-functional teams, including marketing, development and content to ensure smooth project execution
- Create project timelines, manage budget and adherence to deadlines
- Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assist the designers with layouts, designs and summers to ensure client brand identities and project objectives are met
- Manage a team of designers
- Delegate tasks, set priorities and oversee the timely delivery of projects
- Handle training and hiring needs for the department
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 6+ years of on the job graphic design experience
- Client interaction, account management as well as delivering successful designs experience
- Product, package design & CPG experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in the Arts (emphasis in Design, Communication, Illustration, etc.)
- Adobe Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop experience
- Energetic, positive, eager and professional demeanor overall
- Able to be creative and work well in a collaborative team environment
- Professional presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Work well with deadlines and limitations
- Able to see the “big picture” of the client needs and cater to those needs

Hours: 40-50 hours per week between 8:00am-5:30pm pending the workload
