WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will work with customers from start to finish, answer calls/questions and respond to emails.
- Maintain customer data
- Enter purchase orders
- Enter orders, make changes and confirm shipping dates
- Resolve customer issues and address concerns
- Prepare customer invoices and generate statements
- Receive customer payments and complete collections
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Recent college degree a plus
- Experience working with customers from start to finish a plus
- Tech savvy
- MSWD and Excel skills
- ERP Software experience a plus
- Good with numbers
- Stay calm in difficult situations
- Work in a fast-paced environment
