Established in 1968, our client is a dental laboratory that makes items for area dental offices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Billing Specialist, will be responsible for a combination of customer service, office and deliveries/pickup duties.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and help customers with questions, information and research/location information needed
  • Respond to customer questions or direct calls to the right person
  • Open and disinfect all incoming dental cases
  • Remove items from boxes and color tag items for the technician
  • Enter case information into dental software and document all materials received from dental office
  • Perform scheduling functions for each case and move cases into production area
  • Ensure cases are complete and brought to shipping area
  • Assist with packaging
  • Inspect completed cases for all necessary items/products and materials prior to delivery and label items
  • Invoice cases throughout the day
  • Scan/file paperwork related to cases and locate cases and documents as needed
  • Ensure packages are complete prior to delivery drivers leaving
  • Assist with delivery and pick-up courier route for local customers
  • Driving to customer locations within Green Bay and the Fox Valley
  • Use an iPhone for deliveries and addresses (set for directions to drive to each destination)

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Office or customer service experience on the job is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • Computer literate and able to use multiple software programs and screens
  • Data entry skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good listening skills, able to follow directions and good follow through
  • Able to problem solve and do research
  • Work well with deadlines

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:00am – 5:00pm
