Our client is a full service credit union.


As a Customer Service / E-Services Representative, you will be assisting e-member customers who would rather utilize an electronic channels. (online banking, video and phone appointments, etc.

  • Assist members with consumer lending by phone, video or online applications
  • Assist members with new accounts by phone, video meetings or online applications including opening new accounts, answering member questions, and selling/servicing the services offered
  • Onboarding and or any follow up needed on applications started
  • Educate members about electronic options and other products they have to offer along with promoting applicable products and services to new and existing members
  • Present necessary information suited to members’ needs including consumer loans, debt protection, share drafts, share certificates, credit cards, home banking, debit cards and direct deposit
  • Correspond with the membership on eligibility requirements for accounts and loans
  • Discuss special promotions and make member referrals to the mortgage lenders and financial solutions representatives, including arranging member appointments
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, including, but not limited to, compiling data for rate surveys, closed account surveys and outbound member’s surveys
  • Maintain working knowledge of the online banking system
  • Concentrate on building financial relationships with members
  • Maintain an effective working knowledge, including the technical aspects, of the credit union’s products and services
  • Responsible for the accuracy, follow up, and maintenance of all types of accounts on the computer system
  • Interpret key documents and makes decisions based on our policies and member data


  • 3-6+ months of banking or financial industry experience
  • Computer and tech savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to react to change, feedback and critique quickly and positively
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared
  • Friendly, personable and easygoing
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Must have good math skills overall
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Must be comfortable suggesting products and services that work best for the customer
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Team player and strong work ethic

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
