Our client is an advanced machine shop in the Fond du Lac area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships as well as promote sales.

  • Handle customer on-site visits
  • Assist in quoting process and work with customers on orders/pricing
  • Oversee customer activities
  • Process customer orders/changes
  • Liaison for contract review
  • Monitor schedules and work with managment to make sure customer orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback on failures or customer concerns
  • Assist in managing manufacturing costs, machining efficiencies, etc.
  • Assist in interviewing new office employees
  • Oversee employees including on-the-job-training and performance
  • Any additional duties as needed

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2+ years of leadership/oversight in a team setting
  • Customer service experience working with customers via phone and e-mail (ideally 5+ years)
  • On the job order entry/data entry experience
  • Any purchasing support experience is a plus
  • Any experience with social media/websites is a plus
  • College degree or technical Business and/or Leadership degree is a huge plus
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Any experience with an ERP system is a plus
  • Passionate and go-getter who wants to learn and grow with the company
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 40-50 hours per week pending the workload usually between 7:00am – 5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire

Pay for the Customer Service Manager position: $60,000.00 yr. + performance incentive bonuses
