Our client is a full-service third party nationally licensed account recovery company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will make and receive phone calls to handle accounts currently in collections.

  • Negotiate arrangements for payments of accounts
  • Collect past due accounts
  • Overcome objections
  • Data entry

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Collection experience a plus
  • Math skills
  • Any education beyond high school a plus
  • Strong and accurate typing skills
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Calming personality
  • High sense of urgency
  • Team oriented while also driving for results independently
