WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will make and receive phone calls to handle accounts currently in collections.
- Negotiate arrangements for payments of accounts
- Collect past due accounts
- Overcome objections
- Data entry
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Collection experience a plus
- Math skills
- Any education beyond high school a plus
- Strong and accurate typing skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Calming personality
- High sense of urgency
- Team oriented while also driving for results independently
