Established in 1958, our client specializes in foam for furniture, bedding and carpet.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming/outgoing calls, pre-and post-delivery calls and emails.
- Enter orders, calculate charges, prepare paperwork and process payments
- Update and make necessary changes to customers’ accounts, handle returns, resolve complaints while maintaining detailed documentation
- Assist Scheduler with daily production / shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate transaction records, process, print and post reports
- Organize files
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels by interacting via email, phone, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- ERP and/or UNIX experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to problem solve and find a resolution for the customer
- Able to prioritize and organize a constantly changing daily workload
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm or Monday-Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm and Friday 10:00am-3:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $25.00-$30.00/hr. based on experience
