WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, who you will be interacting with customers and internal employees via phone/e-mail for the purpose of answering customer inquiries and actively selling the company’s products
- Interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis
- Process customer requests and resolve customer issues
- Support sales staff which is around the country
- Create and enter orders
- Create lots of pricing quotes for customers
- Help create presentations along with track and report data
- Process customer transactions
- Generate and evaluate various sales reports
- Assist with administrative duties for personnel
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have some type of full cycle customer service experience, account management, or sales support type experience from within an office environment
- Any experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Computer savvy and able learn new software/programs quickly
- MSWD, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
- Any experience/knowledge with Salesforce and/or AS400 is preferred
- Positive and easygoing attitude
- Self-starter and able to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritizing skills to handle multiple projects and maintain strict deadlines
- Must think strategically and be very willing to learn
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Team player and flexible to assist however as needed

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $50,000.00 – $62,000.00 / yr. – based on experience
