Are you a Direct Hire Customer Service / Sales Specialist who has excellent people skills & is sales driven? Are you a Direct Hire Customer Service / Sales Specialist who is looking for a career opportunity that involves travel?

Our client specializes in the construction of products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Sales Specialist, you will make calls to existing clients to update/sell new products as well as contact new customers from a provided list to introduce the company and explain what they have to offer.

  • Work with sales margins and negotiate quotes
  • Work closely with internal production staff to set priorities for customer orders
  • Travel to meet with clients up to 1 time/month
  • Attend tradeshow 1-2 times/year

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Sales experience and sales driven
  • Customer service experience working/supporting customers in an account manager and/or customer service representative role
  • Sales support experience a plus
  • Degree preferred
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Detailed and organized
  • Great communication skills
