Our client specializes in the construction of products.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Sales Specialist, you will make calls to existing clients to update/sell new products as well as contact new customers from a provided list to introduce the company and explain what they have to offer.
- Work with sales margins and negotiate quotes
- Work closely with internal production staff to set priorities for customer orders
- Travel to meet with clients up to 1 time/month
- Attend tradeshow 1-2 times/year
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Sales experience and sales driven
- Customer service experience working/supporting customers in an account manager and/or customer service representative role
- Sales support experience a plus
- Degree preferred
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Detailed and organized
- Great communication skills
