WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Finance Manager, you will handle and maintain 60 different accounts, payroll and different reports.
- Pay bills, invoices, accounts payable and loans
- Rent collection, accounts receivable and utility payments
- Assist with audits
- Strategic financial planning, handle annual budgets and operational forecasts
- Analyze spending trends
- Annual taxes
- Journal entries
- Monitor grant funds
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong accounting/financial background
- GAAP knowledge
- Non-profit accounting experience preferred
- Grant management and real estate management experience preferred
- Computer savvy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Handle highly confidential information
- Go to person for all the financial questions
- Prioritizing and problem solving skills
- Organized and detailed
- Strong communication skills
- Live within driving distance of Oshkosh, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Finance Manager position: $58,000-$65,000/yr. based on experience
Location: Oshkosh, WI. Position can be onsite or hybrid after training. Must live within driving distance of Oshkosh, WI
