Our client is a hotel and conference center.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Food and Beverage Director, you will oversee the restaurant and banquet hall.
- Hiring, training and development for managers and team members
- Oversee managers training
- Address performance issues and plans of action to resolve issues
- Tracking sales, profits, and expenses
- Work with Chef, Kitchen Managers, Restaurant Manager, and Catering Sales to create menu, costs, and marketing
- Create budgets
- Ensure all licensing, safety, and employment practices are in compliance
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience (front and back operations)
- Catering experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Culinary Management
- Food Manager Certification and Oshkosh bartender’s license or completion of both within 6 months (company will reimburse)
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Credit card processing experience
- Attentive to staff and guests
- Motivated

- Organized, detailed, good communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm (typically two days off per week)
