WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources / Administrative Coordinator, you will provide clear direction as well as support to all team members and provide reports for the Senior Director.
- Monitor employee’s attendance, processes, vacation and paid time off requests
- Schedule, prepare and conduct performance reviews
- Works with benefits, compensation and run payroll
- Educate employees on benefits, compliance reporting and review and approve benefits invoices
- Main point of contact for benefits & benefit providers
- Complete annual 401(k) plan audits and reporting
- Recruit, interview, onboarding, succession planning, and work force planning
- Annual training, development and attend training sessions
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 year of human resources, administrative, coordinator and/or generalist experience preferred
- Will consider a recent Human Resources degree with no on the job experience
- Basic understanding of human resources policies and employment practices
- Manufacturing or consumer goods industry experience preferred
- Certificate, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or some other business related field
- Computer/tech savvy
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Energetic, driven, intelligent and moldable
- Quick learner and can retain information well
- People person, positive attitude and a self-starter
- Team player

Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Human Resources / Administrative Coordinator position: $45,000-$55,000/yr. based on experience
