Our client is a packaging company that has been in business since 2003.


As a Human Resources / Administrative Coordinator, you will provide clear direction as well as support to all team members and provide reports for the Senior Director.

  • Monitor employee’s attendance, processes, vacation and paid time off requests
  • Schedule, prepare and conduct performance reviews
  • Works with benefits, compensation and run payroll
  • Educate employees on benefits, compliance reporting and review and approve benefits invoices
  • Main point of contact for benefits & benefit providers
  • Complete annual 401(k) plan audits and reporting
  • Recruit, interview, onboarding, succession planning, and work force planning
  • Annual training, development and attend training sessions


  • 1 year of human resources, administrative, coordinator and/or generalist experience preferred
  • Will consider a recent Human Resources degree with no on the job experience
  • Basic understanding of human resources policies and employment practices
  • Manufacturing or consumer goods industry experience preferred
  • Certificate, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or some other business related field
  • Computer/tech savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Energetic, driven, intelligent and moldable
  • Quick learner and can retain information well
  • People person, positive attitude and a self-starter
