WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources / Accounting Specialist, you will be doing human resources related functions and accounting related tasks.
- Process new hires, terminations, benefit enrollment, processing STD claims and work comp claims
- Maintain the OSHA log
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Order and maintain supply levels and other tasks
- Back up main accounting personnel
- Payroll processing
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of human resources experience is highly preferred
- Will consider well rounded accounting experience
- Will consider payroll experience
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting is highly preferred
- MS Outlook, MSWD and Excel skills
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Great attention to detail
- Quick thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Team player and strong work ethic
