Our client specializes in selling and repairing refrigeration equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and Technicians.
- Enter and dispatch service calls
- Locate and sign up new Technicians when needed
- Dispute invoices and negotiate prices with Technicians
- Order parts
- Data entry
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must live in or near Green Bay, WI
- 6+ months of over the phone customer service experience is highly preferred
- Would consider someone with 1+ years of retail experience
- Any dispatching experience is a plus
- Extremely tech savvy overall to learn their software systems and must be confident to use computer systems in general
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be okay with mostly on the job training
- Must work well with others in a small call center environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Extremely organized, detailed and accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Career-driven and strong work ethic

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm for training and then will work 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Agent position: $16.50 – $17.00 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Green Bay, WI – once you are trained you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule must live in or near Green Bay, WI
