WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers and Brokers regarding orders.
- Enter, confirm and revise orders via fax, phone and email
- Track orders, shipments and delivery dates
- Respond to consumer complaints/inquiries and log into ERP
- Brainstorm/contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3-5 years of customer service representative/account manager experience
- Experience with problem solving/customer resolution
- Logistics knowledge a plus
- Associate degree preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Courteous and strong customer service demeanor
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good listening and responding skills
- Multitasking skills
- Flexible and adaptable to quick change
- Solid problem solving skills
- Live within driving distance of Madison, WI

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $18.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Position is located in Madison, WI but training will occur in Appleton, WI. Contact us for training accommodation as well as hybrid schedule details. Must live within driving distance of Madison, WI.
