Our client is a call center in the Green Bay area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will find new customer leads through prospecting & research as well as make cold calls/emails to potential new customers and will work very closely with the Operations Manager.
- Reach out to potential new customers to ask questions, introduce their services and sell the customers on using their services
- Achieve sales goals
- Attend trade shows
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3+ years of sales experience or a position in customer service where there was a lot of upselling
- Will consider a recent graduate (within 2 years) in Marketing or Business
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques including prospecting, overcoming objectives and closing skills
- Computer savvy to learn new software
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Ambitious and driven to succeed
- Sales driven for building relationships with customers
- Work well independently and as a team player
- Comfortable with some travel
- Career-driven

Hours: 45 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Inside Sales Representative position: $35,000-$40,000/yr. + commission
