Are you an Inside Sales Representative who is sales driven and has strong relationship building skills? Are you an Inside Sales Representative who is looking for a career opportunity within a team environment?

Our client is a call center in the Green Bay area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will find new customer leads through prospecting & research as well as make cold calls/emails to potential new customers and will work very closely with the Operations Manager.

  • Reach out to potential new customers to ask questions, introduce their services and sell the customers on using their services
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Attend trade shows

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3+ years of sales experience or a position in customer service where there was a lot of upselling
  • Will consider a recent graduate (within 2 years) in Marketing or Business
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques including prospecting, overcoming objectives and closing skills
  • Computer savvy to learn new software
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed
  • Sales driven for building relationships with customers
  • Work well independently and as a team player
  • Comfortable with some travel
  • Career-driven

Hours: 45 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm
