Our client is a safety equipment supplier. As the company continues to grow, they are excited to be adding another career oriented member to their team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing new ideas to the company to help market the products to increase profitability.

  • Create and design new marketing strategies to help increase visibility
  • Research new ways to market the products offered
  • Create ad campaigns and postings and post on social media daily
  • Work with the parent company via email and over the phone to get approvals on new marketing strategies
  • Research competitors
  • Find ways to help the company stand out with their marketing/advertising strategy
  • Use a creative eye for detail

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Marketing experience
  • Social media experience (on the job)
  • Industrial or distribution industry experience a plus
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing a plus
  • Computer, tech and internet savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Outlook and internet skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Creative and excited to bring new ideas to the table
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good time-management skills and ability to take ownership of the role
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision and be very self-motivated yet still work well with a team
  • Eye for detail
  • Friendly, positive, personable
