Our client is a property management company in Madison, WI.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Coordinator, you will coordinate schedules as well as create and close work orders.
- Billing and invoicing
- Communicate with vendors
- Conduct walk thrus and visual inspections of the various properties to keep tabs on maintenance items
- Meet with vendors both at the office and at the property sites
- Daily, weekly and month checklists for properties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service skills
- Office experience
- Understanding of basic maintenance a plus
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Strong prioritizing skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Live within driving distance of Madison, WI

Pay for the Office Coordinator position: $40,000/yr.
Location: Madison, WI. Hybrid schedule option available after training onsite is complete. Must live within driving distance of Madison, WI.
