Our client is a company in the Marinette area established in the 1940’s.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Finance / Office Assistant, you will sit at the front desk and greet visitors as well as provide administrative support to internal teams.
- Answer phones
- Coordinate meetings and manage the conference room calendars
- Order supplies and maintain the common areas
- Prepare expense reports
- Take meeting minutes, data entry and filing
- Coordinate office equipment servicing and cleaning
- Order meals and make reservations
- Daily office mail and schedule package pickups
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative or office management experience, along with some finance/accounting experience preferred
- Would consider administrative or office management experience with a recent degree in Finance or Accounting
- Associate degree a plus
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- PowerPoint experience a plus
- Professional front desk demeanor
- Vibrant, energetic and positive
- Work independently within a fast-paced environment
- Handle highly confidential information

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm, 40+ hours will receive overtime pay.
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Finance / Office Assistant position: $15.28-$22.91/hr. based on experience
