Established in 2007, our client specializes in financial planning for women and their families.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Manager, you will work at the front desk for the office to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support the Financial Planners.
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Prepare the office for client meetings and events
- Update client information and schedules in the database
- Complete electronic and paper files, organize and secure client information
- Coordinate client events
- Support the Financial Planners with administrative tasks
- Take care of the office dog
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office manager or administrative assistant experience (2+ years)
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance a plus
- Computer & internet savvy
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Friendly with an excellent phone voice and top notch customer service skills
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, take initiative and stay focused to get the work done
- Handle priorities that change daily
- Accurate, detailed, proper grammar and spelling skills
- Positive demeanor and career-driven

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 24-40 hours per week between 8:30am-5:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Office Manager position: $19.23-$26.44/hr. based on experience
