Established in 2007, our client specializes in financial planning for women and their families.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Manager, you will work at the front desk for the office to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support the Financial Planners.

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Prepare the office for client meetings and events
  • Update client information and schedules in the database
  • Complete electronic and paper files, organize and secure client information
  • Coordinate client events
  • Support the Financial Planners with administrative tasks
  • Take care of the office dog

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office manager or administrative assistant experience (2+ years)
  • Financial industry experience a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance a plus
  • Computer & internet savvy
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Friendly with an excellent phone voice and top notch customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, sense of urgency, take initiative and stay focused to get the work done
  • Handle priorities that change daily
  • Accurate, detailed, proper grammar and spelling skills
  • Positive demeanor and career-driven

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 24-40 hours per week between 8:30am-5:00pm
