WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Are you an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office personnel and day to day functions.

  • Process payroll
  • Handle tax filings
  • Sales tax reporting
  • Accounting tasks
  • End of month/yearly reporting
  • Manage office staff
  • Create employee schedules, reviews, personnel files, etc.
  • Assist with answering phones

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office manager, administrative or leadership experience within a business setting
  • Accounting and payroll experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Excel skills
  • Positive & helpful
  • Enjoy working with numbers, data entry and paperwork in a fast-paced environment
