WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Are you an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office personnel and day to day functions.
- Process payroll
- Handle tax filings
- Sales tax reporting
- Accounting tasks
- End of month/yearly reporting
- Manage office staff
- Create employee schedules, reviews, personnel files, etc.
- Assist with answering phones
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office manager, administrative or leadership experience within a business setting
- Accounting and payroll experience
- Computer savvy
- Excel skills
- Positive & helpful
- Enjoy working with numbers, data entry and paperwork in a fast-paced environment
