WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will contact potential applicants via phone and e-mail as well as follow up on resumes received and contact people through resume mining.
- Schedule interviews for our interviewing team
- Confirm appointments
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service-oriented with strong telephone skills
- Ability to effectively communicate the advantages of job opportunities
- Computer savvy to learn & maneuver through internal programs/systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Must have a passion to work in a high volume and a fast-paced organization
- Ability to thrive in an environment that is busy & fun, while focusing on taking care of our customers
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Coordinator position: Based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI. Position will have the option to work remote Monday & Tuesday and Thursday & Friday after training is complete. Wednesdays you will work onsite, must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI
