WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Procurement / Administrative Assistant, you will establish new items in the product catalog as well as communicate all new items to the redistribution warehouse.
- Verify item descriptions and categories accuracy
- Update weekly pricing and website
- Generate/process reports and price change notification to sales
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Procurement, pricing, inventory, reporting, analytical positions or administrative support experience
- Food service industry preferred
- Excel & Outlook skills
- Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred
- Detailed, accurate and strong analytical skills
- Work well independently
- Strong problem solving skills and deadline driven
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 16-20 hours per week. Monday mornings and Wednesday late afternoon hours preferred.
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Procurement / Administrative Assistant position: $18.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI. Training in the office for 2 months, hybrid option available after training. Must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI.
