As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate and send supplier purchase orders and supplier confirmations for direct ship orders.

  • Maintain distributor order guides with vendor item numbers and maintain distributor sales orders during the entire process
  • Process credit and debit requests relating to supplier promotions, quality complaints, billing issues and other situations
  • Provide administrative support to distributors
  • Provide quotes to distributors on currently ordered product, comparable product and new product lines to aid in the increase of sales
  • Attend relevant training
  • Assess possible area of growth with distributors and submit new item requests on their behalf
  • Create distributor order guides for new members based on supply list of items
  • Provide conference, supplier support and follow up on opportunities
  • Provide quotes to distributors on currently ordered products, comparable products and new product lines


  • Account/relationship management experience where you worked with accounts and vendors in the past and maintained relationships
  • Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Superior analytic skills, ability to review data, understand trends, conduct further analysis, research and communicate information
  • Food service industry experience is highly preferred
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with new technology and systems
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Strong and extremely accurate data entry skills
  • Team oriented, outgoing and friendly

Hours: Full-time hours between 8:00am– 5:30pm

Location: Appleton, WI – remote or hybrid option available after training is complete – must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI
