WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will manage e-mail, calendar and recommend contact and promotions, set up emails in platform and ensure they are sent with accuracy in regards to lists and links.

  • Identify ways to grow e-mail lists and increase response rates
  • Utilize sales data to monitor, manage and develop new sales campaigns
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to help analyze customer satisfaction
  • Help develop promotional and marketing materials, creating compelling content to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Guide the digital marketing campaigns including working with external consultants and internal staff to keep projects on schedule and analyze results
  • Support the maintenance and growth of the wholesale
  • Work with Sales Director to create sales goals, forecasts and performance indicators
  • Seek out new wholesale customers to sell products, maintaining and growing a pipeline of prospects and regularly converging new customers through outreach initiatives
  • Assist in setting up accounts on third party reseller sites
  • Work with Sales department to monitor activity, identify opportunity to increase sales of products and ensure department goals are achieved
  • Respond to customer inquiries and work with other internal departments to assist customers or complete project work
  • Assist anywhere else as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must live in or near Madison, WI
  • 2 years of sales experience in a customer facing role
  • Account management or project management experience a huge plus
  • Must be comfortable on the phones
  • Must be okay with travel 2-4 times a year (company covers expenses)
  • Certificate or degree in Business Administration or Retail Management is a plus
  • MSWD, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Positive, curious and passionate for learning
  • Must be very patient and have excellent customer service/people skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong writing, spelling and grammar skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented while working on multiple tasks
  • Must be comfortable leading a team or project
  • Must be comfortable motivating colleagues to work towards shared sales goals and strategies
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
