Our client is a company in the Green Bay area established in the 1940’s.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate daily activities and sourcing for technical and hard to fill roles.

• Schedule interviews, tours, meetings and coordinate travel
• Follow through on all resumes and applications received
• Post positions to internet sources
• Coordinate and attend internal/external career fairs
• Work with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters and internet sites to build rapport about the company and open opportunities
• Enter new requisitions and maintain/update open positions in ADP
• Screen applicants based on the job description, qualifications, prescreening and interviewing applicants, analyze responses and verify references
• Propose and negotiate approved offers of employment
• Prepare offer letters and complete the on-boarding process

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 4+ years of human resources experience including recruiting preferred
• Will consider someone with an Associate degree in Human Resources with 6+ years of human resources experience including recruiting
• Will also consider someone with 8+ years of human resources experience (no degree) including recruiting
• Work experience from within a larger company/corporation and/or the manufacturing industry a plus
• MSWD & Excel skills
• Applicant Tracking System experience a plus
• Positive, self-motivated and take initiative
• Work well in a high volume and a more challenging role
• Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency
• Assertive, work well with a diverse group of people and work well with constant changes
• Creative, bring new ideas to the position and recruiting

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 40-45 possibly up to 50 hours per week pending workload, core hours are 7:30am-4:00pm
