Are you an Executive Administrative Assistant who has payroll experience? Are you an Executive Administrative Assistant who is looking for an opportunity within a family friendly team environment?

Our client provides assisted living, in home care, and compassionate service to members in their community.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the CFO and HR Director.

  • Bi-weekly payroll for 150 employees, which includes payroll reports and taxes, 401(k) and garnishments
  • Accounts payable
  • Calendaring
  • Set up phone screens, interviews and run background checks
  • Set up new hire folders in the database
  • Create and send out letters for donors

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Payroll experience (ideally several years’ experience)
  • Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
  • Accounting degree
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • QuickBooks or payroll system experience a plus
  • Indeed usage a plus
