Are you an Executive Administrative Assistant who has payroll experience? Are you an Executive Administrative Assistant who is looking for an opportunity within a family friendly team environment?
Our client provides assisted living, in home care, and compassionate service to members in their community.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the CFO and HR Director.
- Bi-weekly payroll for 150 employees, which includes payroll reports and taxes, 401(k) and garnishments
- Accounts payable
- Calendaring
- Set up phone screens, interviews and run background checks
- Set up new hire folders in the database
- Create and send out letters for donors
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Payroll experience (ideally several years’ experience)
- Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
- Accounting degree
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- QuickBooks or payroll system experience a plus
- Indeed usage a plus

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Executive Administrative Assistant position: $21.00-$23.00/hr. based on experience
