Our client provides assisted living, in home care, and compassionate service to members in their community.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to internal teams, set up phone screens/interviews as well as run background checks.

  • Set up new hire folders in the database
  • Walk new hires thru orientation
  • Create and send out letters for donors
  • Cover receptionists lunch each day and any PTO
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative experience supporting a team
  • Human resources experience preferred
  • Receptionist experience a plus
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Human Resources, Business or Healthcare degree a plus
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • QuickBooks or payroll system experience a plus
  • Indeed usage a plus
  • Exercise good judgement
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Organized & detailed
  • Not afraid to ask questions
  • Strong communication skills
