WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Finance / Office Manager, you will be doing accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and processing payroll.
- Enter and work with donations
- Run reports for Director
- Talk with vendors and donors
- Order office supplies
- Assist Director with human resources duties
- Act as point of contact for maintenance needs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have accounting knowledge, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll
- Computer savvy to learn new programs quickly
- Must be proficient within QuickBooks
- Basic skillset in Excel
- Must be okay with clerical/office manager duties
