Are you a Financial Analyst with operations experience? Are you a Financial Analyst seeking a well-established organization?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of a three-person team onsite in Neenah and one person located in Canada.

Finance (70%):

  • Analyze and code invoices and other relevant accounting documents and process accordingly
  • Create and analyze financial and non-financial reports/data to resolve general questions or inquiries
  • Complete assigned month-end duties including, but not limited to, account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, creation of miscellaneous invoices, sales reconciliation, reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as calculate warranty provision and rebate accruals
  • Prepare mandatory payments such as union payments, humanity fund & flower fund
  • Provide payment information for employees’ pension plan and benefits to accounts payable
  • Support internal stakeholders and resolve issues when needed
  • Support Controller in regular audits and help implement corrective financial action plans
  • Provide support with fixed assets and CIP
  • Support in general administrative tasks as needed

Operations (30%):

  • Create order requisitions for rolls parts requested from Project Managers
  • Create order requisitions for maintenance and shop supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers all relevant aspects for delivery of ordered parts
  • Support receiver if purchase order numbers are missing on packing slips
  • Support accounts payable with questions about purchase order related workflows and assign costs to correct jobs

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles, preferably from a large company
  • Experience in operations, production environment and/or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience with purchasing processes and communicating with suppliers is helpful
  • Excel skills
  • ERP system experience is helpful
  • BI tools experience is a plus
  • Analytical
  • Client service oriented
