As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple PC platforms and operating systems.

  • Computer maintenance and set-up
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Work with multiple hardware and software platforms
  • Assist with the development of solutions for cross platform installations
  • Assist with implementing and designing base system rollouts
  • Process help desk tickets and requests
  • Assist with providing training to system users and passing current knowledge onto other I.T. staff
  • Assist in testing and recommending software and hardware to ensure programs and hardware meet the needs of the users


  • Help desk or PC support experience
  • Technical diploma or degree in an I.T. related field is a plus
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Quick learner and ability to take ownership of the role
  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to multitask
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent work ethic
