WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for the company team store.
- Handle inventory, online orders, payments, invoices and vendor work
- Assist department with special events, team member recognition, meals and recruiting needs
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Create and distribute documents and newsletters
- Distribute and track status and due dates of employee forms and documents
- Prepare new hire packets and orientation space
- Oversee stock of new hire supplies
- Answer and distribute department phone calls
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Human Resources experience or education
- Office/administrative support experience
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Publisher experience a plus
- Positive and professional first impression
- Juggle multiple tasks
